Clearing Your Cache for a Single Site
Chrome (method 1)
- Go to the home page of your website
- Click on the lock icon immediately to the left of the URL in your browser's address bar
- Click on Cookies & Site Data
- Click on "Manage On-Site Device Data"
- Click on the Trash/delete icon to the right of your domain/URL
- Click on Done
- Click on Reload and/or hard refresh the page
Chrome (method 2)
- Chrome --> Settings/Preferences
- Privacy & Security
- Third-party cookies
- See all site data and permissions
- Search for the website URL
- Hit the trash icon next to the URL to delete
- Click Delete
- Refresh the website page you are trying to access
Firefox (method 1)
- Go to the home page of your website
- Click on the lock icon immediately to the left of the URL in your browser's address bar
- Click on "Clear cookies & site data"
- Click on Remove
- Reload and/or hard refresh the page
Firefox (method 2)
- Firefox --> Settings/Preferences
- Privacy & Security
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click on Manage Data
- Type in the URL
- Select
- Remove Selected
- Save Changes
- Remove
- Refresh the website page you are trying to access
Safari
- Safari --> Settings/Preferences
- Privacy
- Manage Website Data
- Search for the website URL
- Select the website
- Remove (NOT Remove All)
- Done
- Refresh the website page you are trying to access
